in total, it was a fine weekend. staff was pretty friendly and helpful, i greatly enjoyed it.

We stayed here for 2 truly amazing nights. The property was in the south of the town. What's more, it was just off beach and bus, a short bus ride or hike to the world famous Bitcoin Beach also known as El Zonte and the `` warm waterfall. The room was big size even for private bedrooms, pleasant to stay in.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with private bedrooms and a super comfortable bed! 😊 We really enjoyed our stay here.

the location was particularly good easy to move around with local buses. staff were helpful all the time. food for breakfast was good. the pool looked nice.

We had such an amazing time at the cozy place full of love and laughter. The owners, Mark and Senia, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The hostel was clean and the atmosphere was beautiful. We loved being surrounded by lush greenery and the close proximity to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus and the bed in our spacious room was comfortable. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hosts at Hammock Plantation were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to show us all the best things to do in the area and even gave us tips on where to rent a car. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from a beautiful beach and delicious pupusa stands. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Booked two nights and ended up staying for five. Xenia and Mark made us feel right at home and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen facilities were great, with a local little tienda and the beach just steps away. Also easy to jump on a local bus to El Tunco if needed. Favourite accommodation in Central America!

I absolutely loved the value for my money at this hostel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for a quiet and non-touristy beach getaway. The staff, especially Marc, Xenia, and their two lovely daughters, made me feel like part of their family during my stay.

The only small improvement I would suggest is to have a wider breakfast selection.

Great atmosphere, personalized daytrips to amazing places, nice swimming pool and plenty of hammocks. Close to a beautiful beach with oceanviews and local restaurants. Free coffee, filtered water, and affordable drinks available. The best place to stay in El Salvador for an awesome experience.

We had an amazing time during our stay! the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of their family. the facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and airy dorm room, as well as plenty of places to relax like the pool and hammocks. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and a local pupuseria. We also appreciated the help from the host family in arranging transportation and surf lessons.

That the rooms were not completely soundproof, so we could hear noise from other guests. during rainy season, the rain on the roof was quite loud and made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

stayed in el zonte before but hammock plantation exceeded all expectations - felt like family, wonderful beach nearby, comfortable beds. highly recommend!
